Yes! The Experience PT is open to everyone with a love for movement! You can be a newbie in the fitness world or an experienced coach. The most important requirement is good energy and willingness to meet new friends.

Yes! Upon checkout, there is an option to pay in full at the time of registration, or you may set up six monthly payments (after the initial deposit) that will be paid in full by July 15, 2024.

Yes! The Estrela Room is the perfect room for a private experience.

Great question! The way the Mosteiro is designed, the beds in this rooming option are quite close. For your comfort, we are requiring you to book this room with someone you know. This will provide you with the best experience!

Yes. We have designed The Experience PT for everyone to stay on the premises to encourage connection and celebration. All tickets include accommodation and access to all classes and workshops.

We will be arranging a shuttle bus from Porto to Amares on the morning of August 28th. The cost of the shuttle is not included in the ticket pricing and is optional. When registering on the WeTravel platform, you may add this on as “an extra” so you will be covered when the time comes.
Exact pick-up details will be provided closer to the date.

Your registration is only meant for you!

If you absolutely cannot attend this year’s event, we will allow a transfer of ticket ownership before May 31st. Please email us directly so we can support you.

Starting June 1, 2024, no exceptions will be offered.

We recommend bringing 6-8 workout outfits, a bathing suit, casual light-weight clothing, pj´s, and a light jacket. We expect the weather to be hot in Portugal this time of year! We also recommend bringing your favorite water bottle (Gotta stay hydrated!)

You can take all the classes and workshops during the event. We will have approximately 3-4 experiences a day, and we encourage you to create your own experience. Listen to your body!

Sí! The Experience PT está abierto para cualquier persona que ame el movimiento. Puedes ser principiante en el mundo del fitness o coach experimentado. El requisito más importante es traer buena energía y estar dispuesto a hacer nuevos amigos.

Sí! Antes de completar tu compra, la plataforma te dará la opción de liquidar todo o dividir el restante después del depósito en 6 pagos mensuales. Estos pagos tendrán que cubrirse máximo el 15 de Julio de 2024.

Sí! La opción Estrela es ideal si quieres más privacidad.

Buena pregunta! El Monasterio tiene un diseño especial en sus cuartos y las camas individuales de este cuarto están casi pegadas. Para tu comodidad, requerimos que hagas tu reservación en este cuarto con alguien que conozcas. Esto ayudará a que tengas la mejor experiencia posible!

Sí. The Experience PT busca que todos los participantes estén en un solo lugar para así promover la conexión y celebración. Todos los tickets incluyen el hospedaje y acceso a todas las clases y actividades para que no tengas que preocuparte por nada más.

Sí. Organizaremos un autobús que saldrá de Porto a Amares la mañana del 28 de Agosto. El costo del bus no está incluido en el precio del ticket y es 100% opcional. Al registrarte en la plataforma de Wetravel podrás agregar el bus como un “extra” para tener el transporte de ida y vuelta a Porto incluídos. Los detalles específicos de salida y regreso serán compartidos un mes antes del evento.

Ningún ticket, depósito o pago es reembolsable. No habrá excepciones. Agradecemos mucho su comprensión. A ver a los Términos y Condiciones.

El registro es exclusivo para ti.

Si por alguna causa de fuerza mayor no puedes asistir al evento, podemos autorizar el cambio de nombre de asistente antes del 31 de Mayo de 2024. Por favor envíanos un correo para poder ofrecerte asistencia.

A partir del 1 de Junio de 2024, no haremos ninguna excepción.

Recomendamos traer de 6-8 cambios de ropa para hacer ejercicio, traje de baño, ropa casual de verano, pijama y una chamarra ligera. El clima es caluroso en esta temporada en Portugal! También recomendamos traer tu termo de agua favorito para mantenerte hidratado.

Puedes tomar todas las clases y workshops durante el evento. Tendremos aproximadamente 3-4 experiencias al día. Nuestra sugerencia es que tú diseñes tu propia experiencia y elijas libremente a cuáles quieres asistir. Escucha a tu cuerpo ;)
